The NVPH internet guarantee has therefore been created as a quality mark for professional stamp dealers affiliated with the NVPH who sell products and\/or services to private individuals via the internet or other remote electronic channels. Regardless of whether they do this via their own site or via, for example, eBay, Marktplaats or Catawiki. All affiliated members can be recognized by the NVPH Internet Waarborg logo on their site. As a consumer, you can rest assured that these companies subscribe to the NVPH Internet Guarantee Special Terms and Conditions, as well as the NVPH Certificate Regulations, comply with the resulting rules of conduct and are accountable for compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.<\/p>\n If the latest or otherwise agreed delivery term is exceeded for any reason, the seller will inform the buyer of this. The buyer then has the option to terminate the purchase agreement without costs.<\/p>\n The seller undertakes to deliver within a reasonable period, but no longer than 14 days after the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the buyer (You). If this does not go as desired, the NVPH Internet Guarantee scheme provides the option to submit the dispute to the NVPH Disputes Committee. You can download a complaint form specifically for this purpose from the NVPH website.<\/p>\n The NVPH Disputes Committee will process a received complaint within 14 days of receipt. The decision of the NVPH Disputes Committee is binding. \nWith regard to the decision of the Disputes Committee, the NVPH offers a \u201cCompliance Guarantee\u201d. This means that the NVPH guarantees that the committee's decision, except when submitted to the civil court, will be complied with by or on behalf of its member.
